Job Description

The Social Media Specialist / Manager is responsible for the strategy, development, execution and content of TEA Project’s social media platforms, including YouTube, Twitter, Medium, LinkedIn, and Telegram. The role requires comfortable collaboration with the core team and the ability to work with the public.
 
You will serve as the point person for execution of the social media strategy in collaboration with the core team. The role requires agility and flexibility to acquire social media content from within and outside the organization. You must be comfortable approaching others in order to gain content, as well as have the ability to discern the quality of content being used.

Responsibilities:
Experience producing content for social media
Ability to review social media analytics and provide direction based on findings
Excellent writing and organization abilities
Research, develop and implement social media tools and strategies that are consistent with the TEA Project brand and our strategic and business objectives
Monitor and improve on social media activity metrics
Monitor and respond to social media comments and feedback
Integrate social media messaging with marketing, sales and recruiting campaigns
Manage relevant partnerships with third parties which drive new engagement and business, as well as with social media providers
Maintain cutting-edge awareness of industry trends and best practices
Minimize reputation and other risk exposure in social media
Ad hoc support for other marketing projects
 
Requirements:
Solid knowledge of social media outlets and analytics with over 2 year experience
Outstanding written communications. Strong analytical and data-driven thinking
Basic graphic design skills appropriate for social media
Understanding of the blockchain/crypto industry. Demonstrate situational leadership
Maintain confidentiality, promote integrity, and support the corporate mission
