Title: Head of Gaming Strategy                                                  Level: Senior Management

Responsibilities and KPIs

Devise operational strategy for each current game; 3 currently to grow to 10 by end of 2022 Q2 (c50% of role)

• in-game player strategy to maximise win rate / yield farming
  • KPI: in-game token & USD ROI %
• breeding / minting strategy to maximise continued asset appreciation
  • KPI: NAV to net investment ratio
• asset recycling to balance cash generation with asset portfolio growth
  • KPI: weekly cash return
• Identifying / pre-empting game changes such that Phoenix exits prior to ROI losses
  • KPI: in-game token ROI% growth

Community building on applicable social media channels including (c20% of role)

• discord
  • KPI: weekly growth in members / followers
• telegram
  • KPI: weekly growth in members / followers
• twitter
  • KPI: weekly growth in members / followers

Identifying early / pre-launch P2E games offering highest potential ROI (c15% of role)

• follow gaming communities to identify hot releases
• produce high level investment proposal for review
  • KPI: target number of new games entered per month with minimum ROI%

Scholar training and development (c15% of role)

• sweet of training material per game (bilingual)
• develop a strong, committed and engaged scholar community
  • KPI: scholar turn over

3-6 months time and beyond - grow and build a team of game strategists and researchers

 

Requirements

Passionate about gaming – active player yourself

At least 7 years experience in the gaming industry, ideally 3 years in a senior leadership role

Strong interpersonal skills. Enjoy community building

Proactive self-starter

Team player

Understanding of cyrpto

Excellent English; other languages a plus

Package

Base: US$45k+ / annum dependant on experience (with the option to be paid in tokens)

Variable profit share subject to KPI targets and cap

Token award on IDO subject to meeting KPI targets
