Job Description
Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders across including partnership teams, marketing teams, social media teams, and external PR agencies
- Setup virtual or offline events with partners to leverage each other networks
- Provide strategic recommendations to business stakeholders
- Ensure consistency of company-wide communication, share worldwide best practices, and support impactful regional media strategies
- Keep current on trends, issues, and news about both the business and consumer worlds of media and entertainment
- Responsible for media strategy and external communication plans for the clients
- Handling media for events and following up with them for the press releases
- Preparing summaries and work-in-progress reports for clients
- Drafting monthly press releases and quarterly plans for clients
- Co-develop and implement PR strategies and publicity campaigns for OroPocket
- Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant media in the region
- Conduct proactive and reactive media relations
- Manage external public relations agency on several matters
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in Public Relations preferred Fin-Tech industry
- Experience executing highly successful, creative, and complex media campaigns and even
- Excellent Fin-Tech relationships, experience managing agencies, and the ability to deal effectively with talent, talent reps, journalists, and other media influencers.
- Willingness to work hard and roll up sleeves to get work done, even when at times it is outside the scope of the job
- Be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under deadline and thrive in high energy, fast-paced environment
- Ability to develop creative, effective strategies for difficult communications challenges
- Painstaking attention to detail
- Ability to build narratives and put together strategic communication plans across multiple time zones and functions
