Job Description is a leading Validator, running over 300+ Nodes, for 25+ Blockchain networks, providing annual yield in respective cryptocurrencies. P2P is backed by 20.000 stakers, securing +$5 Billion assets in staking. is initial developer of Lido DAO that is running about 17.5% of Ethereum staking market.

Position Description:

Chief Commercial Officer will be connecting link between marketing and sales to achieve the company's goals and ensure its growth.

Impact area:

  • Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies aligned with growth and profit goals.
  • Reach ambitious revenue and segment growth targets.
  • Analyze product, sales and marketing activities of competitors with a continuous strategic priority assessment.
  • Identify new business opportunities and provide clients with key sentiment and insights on the market.
  • Build an effective organization with the leadership team, maintain motivation through rapid growth and lead by example.

Who are we looking for:

Our ideal candidate will have a background in high-growth tech businesses, with demonstrable experience scaling and driving an international B2B tech business, be excited to build out team, product, and successfully lead our go-to-market activities.

It will be important:

  • Passionate about next generation finance and blockchain technology.
  • Understanding of the DEFI and CEFI product landscape.
  • An extensive contact network & knowledge of finance & cryptocurrency market, and be well known in the crypto community.
  • Proven executive experience in the fintech industry.
  • Experience and positive track record with executing business partnerships.
  • Ability to be hands-on as well as strategic.
  • Demonstrated successful experience in a x3 upscaled companies.
  • Building a high performing sales team to execute end to end sales including outreach, pitching, getting alignment, negotiation, closing deals and implementation.
  • Ensuring a robust after sales process to deliver strong customer engagement
